Can I return my order?
Yes, you may return your order within 10 days of receiving it, provided the items are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with all original tags attached. Items showing signs of wear, stains, odors, makeup marks, or missing tags will not qualify. Rave On Trend holds final discretion to accept or reject any return.

Can I exchange my order?
Yes! We offer free exchanges within 10 days of delivery. You can exchange your item for anything available on our site — you are not limited to the same product. If the new item costs more, you will be prompted to pay the difference. If it costs less, the remaining amount will be issued as store credit.
We also offer Instant Exchange for those who don't want to wait — your replacement ships right away and you have 10 days to send the original item back. Please note that each order is eligible for one free exchange.
When will my package arrive?
You will receive tracking information via email once your order has shipped. Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. We recommend selecting a secure delivery location and monitoring your tracking updates closely.
If an order is lost in transit or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us at office@raveontrend.com and we will do our best to assist.
Can I return sale items?
Items discounted 20% or more are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. No exceptions can be made. Final sale items are clearly marked on their product pages.
Regular price items and items discounted under 20% may be returned within 10 days of delivery. Gift cards are non-refundable.
How do I care for my pieces?
Please follow the care instructions provided on the garment's label.
If I use an influencer code, is my order final sale?
Orders placed with a discount code under 20% can be returned within 10 days of delivery. Orders placed with a discount of 20% or more are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. No exceptions can be made.
