Can I return my order?
Yes, you may return your order within 5 days of receiving it, provided the items are unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in their original packaging.
Can I exchange my order?
We do not offer direct exchanges. Instead, please submit a return within 5 days and place a new order separately.
When will my package arrive?
You will receive tracking information via email once your order has shipped. Please note, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered.
Can I return sale items?
Regular price items and those with discounts under 20% may be returned within 5 days. Items purchased with a 20% discount are eligible for store credit only. Items with a discount of 25% or more are final sale and cannot be returned. Gift cards are non-refundable.
How do I care for my pieces?
Please follow the care instructions provided on the garment’s label.
If I use an influencer code, is my order final sale?
Orders placed with a discount code under 20% can be returned within 5 days. Orders with a 20% discount are eligible for store credit only, while orders with a discount of 25% or more are final sale and not returnable.
