Return & Exchanges
At Rave On Trend, we want you to love everything you order. If something isn't quite right, we're happy to help. Please take a moment to review our policy before submitting a return request.

Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery. Your return request must be submitted through our return portal within this window. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with all original tags attached.
Items returned with signs of wear, stains, odors, makeup marks, damage, or missing tags will not qualify for a return or exchange. Rave On Trend holds final discretion to accept or reject any return request.
Return Eligibility
All returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging as received. We reserve the right to deny a refund if the returned item is not in the same condition as it was sent, is a clearance item or was purchased using a final-sale discount code, or is damaged, worn, altered, or missing parts not due to our error. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds
If you requested a refund to your original payment method, please allow 3–5 business days for processing once your return is received. You will be notified by email once your return has been processed. Depending on your bank, please allow up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
Customers who purchased Redo Coverage at checkout will receive a free prepaid return label. If Coverage was not purchased, the cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund.
If you are returning items from multiple orders, please note that each order must be submitted separately through the return portal. Do not combine multiple orders into one package. This helps our team process your return quickly and accurately.

Store Credit
During the return process, you have the option to choose store credit instead of a refund. Store credit returns receive free return shipping, regardless of whether Redo Coverage was purchased. As a thank you for choosing store credit, you will also receive an additional $5 bonus credit to use on your next order.
Please note that once store credit has been selected, we are unable to modify the outcome. We cannot issue a refund once store credit has been chosen.
Exchanges
We offer free exchanges within 10 days of delivery. You are welcome to exchange your item for anything available on our site. You are not limited to the same product. If the new item costs more, you will be prompted to pay the difference. If it costs less, the remaining amount will be issued as store credit. Please note that each order is eligible for one free exchange.
Once your return is approved, your new order will be shipped and you will receive a new tracking email.
We also offer Instant Exchange for those who don't want to wait. Your replacement order ships right away, and you will be asked to authorize your card to proceed. You have 10 days to ship the original item back. If the item is not shipped within 10 days, or if it is returned in non-returnable condition, your card will be charged for the full value of the item.
Final Sale
Items discounted 20% or more are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Final sale items are clearly marked on their product pages. No exceptions can be made.
Lost or Missing Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. We recommend selecting a secure delivery location and monitoring tracking updates closely. As a courtesy, if an order is lost in transit or marked as delivered but not received, we may issue store credit at our discretion. Orders shipped to seasonal, vacation, summer, camp, or temporary addresses are not eligible for replacement, reimbursement, or store credit if marked as delivered by the carrier. Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive and secure the package at these locations. Refunds will not be issued for lost packages. Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the damage. Requests made after 5 days will not be eligible for replacement.
International Orders
International orders follow the same return guidelines as domestic orders. We do not provide return labels for international orders. International customers are responsible for arranging and paying for their own return shipping. All international returns must be approved through our online return system. Drop-off is not available for international orders. Items purchased with a 20% or more discount are eligible for store credit only. We are not responsible for international packages until they have been received and processed by our team.
Chargeback Policy
We take fraudulent chargebacks seriously and have a zero-tolerance policy for chargeback abuse.
A chargeback occurs when a customer disputes a charge directly with their bank rather than reaching out to us first. We understand that legitimate concerns arise, and we genuinely want to help resolve any issue before it reaches that point. Please contact us before initiating a dispute. We are always happy to assist.
All chargeback cases are reviewed thoroughly. Customers who file chargebacks are flagged in our system, and any future orders placed by flagged customers will be automatically cancelled and refunded.
Once a chargeback has been submitted, we are unable to send replacement orders, issue refunds, or provide further assistance on the matter. The dispute is then handled entirely by your financial institution.

EU Right of Withdrawal (European Union customers only)
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from many contracts within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason. A prepaid label will be provided through our withdrawal portal; the label cost will be deducted from your refund. We will issue your refund within fourteen (14) days of receiving notification of your cancellation, or, if later, once we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof that the goods have been shipped back to us. This right applies to all items purchased through our store, with certain exceptions such as digital products, perishable goods, sealed personal hygiene products, and personalized items, as set forth in Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU.
